We offer five types of web sites for you to choose from; three Standard Web Format, and two Content Management Systems (CMS) — that’s where you have the option edit your own website after it’s designed and built.

Standard Web Format:

• Basic – this is an attractive basic website with up to 5-pages for those that just need to establish a web presence. You’ll be presented with two appropriate designs for your business to choose from and your site will be created from your selection. Minor customization (color, placements, etc.) is included. Unlike some others, this not a low budget looking dead-end website. You can add features (additional pages, slide show, photo gallery, videos, etc.) and customization for additional fees, now or later.
• Deluxe – this is a deluxe website with up to 10-pages for those that want more more choices and more features to establish their web presence. You’ll be presented with three appropriate designs for your business to choose from and your site will be created from your selection. Slide shows, photo galleries, videos, etc. can be added for additional fees.
• Custom – this is a fully custom site built specifically for your company’s needs. There are no limits here, if you want it, you can have it!

Content Management System (CMS)

This is the ideal site for people that need to be able make changes to their own websites often and at the spur of the moment. Also, for people that want to have an ongoing blog to update and interact with their customers and prospective customers. For this we use the WordPress system for its high level of customization, features, add-ons, ease of end-user use, and excellent search engine optimization features (SEO). Once your CMS site is built and put online you’re free to update it yourself and start posting your blog entries. All CMS sites include an hour of telephone training/assistance. Additional assistance time is billed for at the current rate.

• Deluxe CMS – this is a deluxe CMS site with up to 10-pages (you can add more pages yourself later, there is no real limit). You’ll be presented with three appropriate CMS designs for your business to choose from and your site will be created from your selection. Slide shows, photo galleries, videos, etc. can be added, by Crosby! or even you.
• Custom CMS – this is a fully custom CMS site built from scratch specifically for you and your company’s needs. There are no limits here, if you want it, you can have it!

A ballpark price range will be given after after initial consultation so you know well in advance what your investment will be, no surprises. We can also handle having your site hosted — put on the web for worldwide viewing.

Three Stage Process For Custom Web Sites:

Stage One – Website Planning and Design:

First, we discuss your needs, desires and goals for the site. Do you need a blog, customer forum, or want to be able to edit your own site without having to become a computer geek? Not a problem, we can set those up for you.

If you have some web sites that you like we’ll be happy to look at them and find out what you like about them, what you’d like similar, and what you’d like to avoid. We look at your desired color scheme, if you have one, the materials and text you have now and what needs to be obtained or created.

Next, we start planning and will present you with designs to choose from. The designs will be roughs for viewing the basic design look/feel only. Any buttons or links shown are just for appearance and will not work at this point.

Stage Two – Actual Website Publishing:

Stage Two puts into action the work prepared in Stage One and brings the project to life. This is when we start creating your actual website based on the design selected and what we’ve discussed. Buttons and links will be made functional, animations, videos, etc., if desired, will be created and installed.

The site will be tested and uploaded for your eyes only initially. Once we get your final approval it will then be made available for worldwide viewing, adding search engine friendly keywords, etc. to aid with search engines finding and ranking your site — to help others find you.

Stage three – Website Updating & Maintenance:

After the website has been completed, we can work out a custom solution that focuses on your needs, such as expansion, adding new photographs, videos, etc., to ensure the site remains current and continues to achieve your goals, and enhanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to help get your site ranked higher with the main search engines. We can also keep your site updated and secure, this is included with our hosting plans.

Note: if your site is a CMS site you can do the updating and maintenance on your own. However, if you want our assistance, we’re there for you.
